Commercial & Industrial Installations Across GTA and Muskoka; Same Week Visit
Vaughan is our home turf. Our office is in King City, so Concord, Woodbridge, Maple, Kleinburg and the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre are a short drive for site visits, installs and service calls. We install security camera systems for industrial units, offices, plazas, dealerships, condos and estate homes across the city.
Short clips from real jobs: what a clean installation looks like, how we handle a big site, and why we do not compromise on camera quality.

Three starting points for small and mid-size Vaughan properties. Each includes the cameras, an 8-channel 4K recorder, all cabling, configuration, remote viewing and our 3-year installation warranty. Larger sites are designed from scratch.

Already have an older analog or 1080p system? We replace the cameras and recorder and reuse your existing cables, so you get UltraHD video without opening walls.
Real photos from our Vaughan area jobs, not stock images. Every one was installed by the technicians who will come to your site.

IndustrialOur CCTV installation service is built around commercial and industrial sites. These are the property types we secure most often in Vaughan. Each one has its own page with camera positions, equipment and pricing.
Surveillance camera installation is not one camera repeated twelve times. We match the type to the position: turret at the doors, fisheye over the floor, bullet on the fence, plate camera at the gate. Here is what we install and where it fits.
Our default outdoor camera for storefronts, loading docks and yards. The ball-in-socket design aims easily, the IR sits away from the lens so there is no glare, and the housing shrugs off snow.
Vandal-resistant domes for lobbies, corridors, parking garages and retail floors. Nobody can tell where the lens points, and the housing takes a hit without losing the picture.
Long-range cameras for fence lines, laneways, gates and large parking lots. Varifocal lenses let us read a plate or a face from 30 metres and beyond.
Pan, tilt and zoom cameras that follow movement across a warehouse floor or a truck yard. One PTZ with auto-tracking can replace several fixed cameras on a large site.
One ceiling camera that sees a whole open floor with no blind spot. We use them in packing areas, showrooms and restaurants where wall space is scarce.
Two to four lenses in one housing that cover 180 or 270 degrees in full resolution. We installed the first multi-lens Uniview camera in Canada and use them on building corners.
Purpose-built cameras that capture plates at entrances, gates and drive-throughs day and night, with the plate number searchable in the recorder.
Cameras that see heat instead of light for perimeter detection in total darkness, fog or snow, and for early fire detection in recycling and storage yards.
Wi-Fi and point-to-point radio cameras for outbuildings, gates and sites where trenching a cable makes no sense. We size the radio link so the video never stutters.
Cameras that run for months on a charge for temporary needs, remote sheds and spots with no power at all. They record on motion and send alerts to your phone.
A camera, battery and solar panel on one pole for construction sites, farms, marinas and lots with no hydro. We add LTE so the footage reaches you anywhere.
360-degree cameras that screw into a standard light socket for porches, hallways and stairwells where drilling and cabling is not an option.
If you already have coax cable, we can upgrade an old analog DVR system to UltraHD cameras on the same wires, which saves most of the labour of a new install.
Small pinhole and covert cameras for cash rooms, stockrooms and offices where a visible camera would change behaviour or spoil the look of the space.
We install brands we can support for years, not whatever is cheapest this month. These are the lines we put on Vaughan sites and why.
Our most installed camera line. ColorHunter cameras give full colour at night, LightHunter sensors handle mixed lighting, and the NVRs scale from four to hundreds of channels. Our biggest project runs 200 Uniview cameras on a 200 TB recorder.

Cameras, recorder, network and Wi-Fi from one console with no licence fees. A strong fit for offices, clinics and multi-site businesses that want everything in one app.

Premium Swedish cameras for demanding sites: sharp optics, long service life, open platform analytics and excellent cybersecurity practices.
Cloud-managed cameras with built-in storage and simple sharing across many locations. Ideal for organisations that do not want on-site servers.
Cloud-managed Meraki cameras, switches and Wi-Fi run from one dashboard, a fit for organisations already on Meraki networks.

Full-colour and thermal cameras at a sharp price point, a good fit for yards, farms and plazas where the budget matters.
Wireless alarm, motion and video verification that pairs with the cameras for monitored sites and after-hours protection.
Many Vaughan businesses already have cameras that no longer show enough to be useful. If the cable is sound we reuse it, swap the cameras and recorder, and the difference looks like this.

Left: the old analog camera, soft and noisy. Right: an UltraHD camera in the same position on the same cable, with faces and plates readable. Drag the handle.
Good security camera installation is mostly planning. These are the three things we work out on every site visit before a single hole is drilled.
The lens decides what a camera can prove. A 2.8 mm lens sees 137 degrees but only identifies a face within about five metres. A 12 mm lens sees a narrow lane and reads a plate at thirty. On a Vaughan site we mix both so every camera has a job it can actually do.
The plan shows the eight positions we start from on most commercial sites: a face-height camera at the main door, inward-facing cameras at staff doors, corners that see the whole floor, a high mount in the warehouse, a corner covering the lot and a dedicated plate camera at the gate. We adapt it to your building during the site visit.
Height is a trade-off between reach and detail. Around three metres gives clear faces and keeps the camera out of easy reach. Four to five metres gives an overview of a floor or a garage. Six metres and up covers a yard, but only with a narrow lens or a PTZ.
Plenty of companies sell cameras. Fewer plan them properly, install them cleanly and answer the phone three years later. This is what you get with us.
We have installed cameras since 2010, from single-door shops to a 270,000 square foot warehouse with 200 cameras.
The people who quote the job install the job. No subcontracted crews, no surprises on the day.
A three-year warranty on our installation work, longer than most installers in Ontario offer.
Site visits within days, most commercial installs booked within two weeks, and quick turnaround on repairs.
A written quote with each camera, cable run and recorder listed, and no monthly fees unless you choose cloud storage.
Licensed, insured technicians who follow Ontario privacy law and the Electrical Safety Code on every job.
Remote diagnostics and after-hours help when a camera goes dark or you need footage for police or insurance.
Every layout is drawn for the building in front of us, with the camera types that fit each position.
The installation of video surveillance goes wrong when steps get skipped. These are the nine we follow on every Vaughan job. Keep scrolling and each step comes into focus.

Security planning
We walk the property with you, note every entry, blind corner, cash point and asset, and agree on what each camera must show: a face, a plate, an overview or a process.
We pick cameras for each position rather than one model everywhere: turret at the doors, fisheye over the floor, bullet on the fence, plate camera at the gate, all sized to your network and recorder.
We mark heights, angles and lens choices on a plan so each camera covers its zone without glare, backlight or overlap you pay for twice.
Our own technicians mount the cameras, run and label the cable, seal every exterior penetration and leave the site clean. No subcontractors.
Cameras go on their own VLAN with PoE switches sized for the load, and outbuildings get a wireless bridge that we test for throughput before we leave.
Motion zones, person and vehicle detection, schedules, alerts and user accounts are set for your business, not left on factory defaults.
We calculate retention from camera count, resolution and frame rate, then fit the NVR drives to it, with cloud or off-site copies for the cameras that matter most.
We check every view by day and by night, adjust angles and exposure, and hand you a camera map that shows what each one covers.
Firmware updates, health checks, lens cleaning and fast help when you need to pull footage. Our 3-year warranty covers the installation, and maintenance plans cover the rest.
Honest ranges in Canadian dollars for our security camera installation service in Vaughan, installed, for the property types we see most. Camera count, cable distances, mounting heights and how long you keep footage move the number. Our written quote is fixed after the free site visit.

Our office is at 2200 King Road in King City, so most of Vaughan is 15 to 25 minutes away. Site visits are usually booked within two or three days and urgent repairs the same or next day.
An eight camera 4K system with a recorder for a single unit typically costs $3,500 to $6,000 installed. Yards with gate plate capture and PTZ coverage run $10,000 to $22,000 depending on size and trenching.
Yes, and the best time to call is before drywall. We rough in the cable during construction so cameras, doorbells and access points are hidden and there is no surface conduit on the finished house.
Most small business systems with four to eight IP cameras and a recorder land between $2,000 and $4,500 installed. Warehouses, plazas and offices with 16 to 32 cameras usually run $8,000 to $18,000, and large industrial sites start around $20,000. The price depends on camera count, cable distances, mounting heights and how much footage you need to keep. We give a fixed written quote after a free site visit.
A four to eight camera system is normally installed and configured in one day. Sixteen to thirty-two cameras take two to four days, and large warehouses are scheduled in phases so your operation keeps running.
Cameras themselves do not need a building permit in Ontario. Low-voltage work must follow the Ontario Electrical Safety Code, and if a new 120 V circuit is needed for a recorder or a pole, that part is done by a licensed electrician. Businesses must also follow PIPEDA and post signage where cameras record the public.
Video in public-facing and work areas is allowed with signage and a legitimate purpose. Audio is more restricted, so we normally leave microphones off in staff areas and only enable audio where you have a clear reason and notice is given.
Wired PoE cameras are more reliable and record continuously, so we use them wherever we can run a cable. Wireless bridges and LTE cameras are for outbuildings, gates, construction sites and other places where a cable is impractical.
A small store or office needs four to eight cameras to cover doors, tills and the lot. A plaza, clinic or mid-size warehouse usually needs 16 to 32. We count positions on the site visit and show you the coverage on a plan before you decide.
We size recorders for at least 30 days and usually 60 to 90 days for commercial sites. With smart detection and larger drives, retention of six months or more is practical.
Yes. Every system we install includes secure remote viewing and playback on iOS, Android and desktop, with separate logins for owners, managers and staff.
Usually yes. If the coax cable is sound we replace the cameras and DVR with UltraHD equipment on the same wires, which costs a fraction of a new installation.
We offer maintenance plans with firmware updates, health checks and lens cleaning, and we can add professionally monitored alarm and video verification through Ajax Systems.
Our installation work carries a three-year warranty. Cameras and recorders carry the manufacturer warranty, which is typically three to five years for the brands we install.
Yes. Recording happens on the NVR inside your building, so footage is captured with or without internet. You only lose remote viewing until the connection is back.
Tell us about the property and we will book a site visit, draw the camera layout and send a fixed written quote.
