Package and mailroom theft
The most frequent resident complaint. A face-height camera at the mailroom door and a dome inside solve it.

We install and upgrade camera systems for condominium corporations, rental apartment buildings, townhouse complexes and mixed-use buildings across Toronto and the GTA: lobbies, elevators, mailrooms, parking levels, amenity rooms, loading docks and rooftops, integrated with the intercom and fob system and documented for the board.
Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Kitchener, Barrie and Muskoka. Same-week site visits.
Lobby, mailroom, amenity rooms, garage and loading dock, with residents coming and going the whole time. We phase the work around the building, integrate with the intercom and fob system, and give property management and concierge the views they need.
Short clips from real jobs on sites like yours: what a clean installation looks like, how we handle a big project, and why we do not compromise on camera quality.

We start every design with the incidents you actually deal with, then put a camera where each one happens. These are the five we plan for on every building job.
The most frequent resident complaint. A face-height camera at the mailroom door and a dome inside solve it.
Column-mounted cameras on every level, WDR at the ramps and plate capture at the entry.
Cameras tied to the access system show who used which fob and who followed them in.
Elevators, stairwells, amenity rooms and corridors recorded with controlled playback for management.
Slips at the entrance, pool incidents and loading dock damage need footage, often weeks later.
A security camera installation plan for condos and multi-tenant buildings is a list of positions, not a camera count. This is the coverage plan we start from on the site visit and adapt to your building.
Mounting heights are our field standard: around 3 metres for faces, 4 to 5 for overviews, 6 and up for yards with a narrow lens or a PTZ. Lens choice is set per position during the site visit.
These are the camera types we specify most often for condos and multi-tenant buildings, and the positions they earn on a building plan. We install them from Uniview, Axis, Hikvision, Dahua, Ubiquiti and Verkada depending on the budget and the software you want to live in.
Vandal-resistant domes for lobbies, corridors, parking garages and retail floors. Nobody can tell where the lens points, and the housing takes a hit without losing the picture.
Our default outdoor camera for storefronts, loading docks and yards. The ball-in-socket design aims easily, the IR sits away from the lens so there is no glare, and the housing shrugs off snow.
Purpose-built cameras that capture plates at entrances, gates and drive-throughs day and night, with the plate number searchable in the recorder.
One ceiling camera that sees a whole open floor with no blind spot. We use them in packing areas, showrooms and restaurants where wall space is scarce.
Two to four lenses in one housing that cover 180 or 270 degrees in full resolution. We installed the first multi-lens Uniview camera in Canada and use them on building corners.
Long-range cameras for fence lines, laneways, gates and large parking lots. Varifocal lenses let us read a plate or a face from 30 metres and beyond.
Beyond the four above and the standard 4K, colour night vision and remote viewing, these are the things a building system needs that a generic installation leaves out.
IK10 domes in stairwells, garages and loading areas.
60 to 90 days so requests from residents, police and insurers can be answered.
Help with the board resolution, signage, the retention and access policy and the record of the system.
Work scheduled around residents with notices, no elevator or lane closures without warning.

CommercialEvery level, door and amenity is walked with property management, and the board's priorities and budget cycle are built into the plan.
A camera plan, integration with intercom and access, recorder sizing and a fixed price in a form the board can approve.
Work is scheduled with resident notices, no closures without warning, and existing coverage stays live until the new cameras take over.
Night checks on garage cameras, LPR verified, concierge layouts set, management trained on playback and footage requests.
Installed ranges in Canadian dollars for the system sizes we see most in condos and multi-tenant buildings. Camera count, cable distances, mounting heights and retention move the number. The written quote after the free site visit is fixed.

We have installed camera, intercom and access systems in Toronto high-rises from the concierge desk to the lowest parking level, phased around residents and coordinated with building security.
Straight answers on camera count, equipment, retention and cost. If yours is not here, call us and ask.
Yes. The board authorises cameras on common elements under the Condominium Act, and the corporation should disclose the system, post notices and keep a retention and access policy. Individual owners cannot install cameras in shared areas. We provide the documents the board needs.
Footage from common elements is part of the corporation's records and can be requested within the rules of the Act. We set retention to 60 to 90 days and train management on handling requests.
Usually yes. If the coax or Cat5e is sound we replace the cameras and recorder with 4K equipment on the same cable, which costs a fraction of a new install.
Yes. We integrate BAS-IP, Ubiquiti and other intercoms and access systems so a fob event or a call shows the matching clip at the concierge desk.
In phases with resident notices, no elevator or lane closures without warning, and existing coverage kept live until each new area takes over.
A townhouse complex runs $5,500 to $12,000 installed, a mid-rise with garage $16,000 to $36,000 and a high-rise tower $40,000 to $95,000. Upgrades on existing cable run $250 to $450 per camera.
We install camera systems for condos and multi-tenant buildings across the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Kitchener, Guelph, Barrie and Muskoka from our base in King City. Each city page covers local pricing, neighbourhoods and recent work.
The same crews, the same equipment, a different plan for each kind of building.
Tell us about the property and we will book a site visit, draw the camera layout and send a fixed written quote.
