Unaccounted access
Visitors, contractors and after-hours staff come and go. Reception and door cameras tied to access control make every entry traceable.

We install security camera systems for corporate offices, professional firms, tech campuses and multi-tenant office buildings across Toronto, Markham, Mississauga, Vaughan and Oakville: reception and elevator lobbies, corridors, server rooms, shipping and parking, integrated with your access control and built to pass an IT security review.
Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Kitchener, Barrie and Muskoka. Same-week site visits.
Offices need cameras that are discreet, tied to the access control, and acceptable to IT. We cover reception, elevator lobbies, server rooms and parking, link door events to the matching clip, and put everything on a segmented network with hardened credentials and documentation.
Short clips from real jobs on sites like yours: what a clean installation looks like, how we handle a big project, and why we do not compromise on camera quality.

We start every design with the incidents you actually deal with, then put a camera where each one happens. These are the five we plan for on every office job.
Visitors, contractors and after-hours staff come and go. Reception and door cameras tied to access control make every entry traceable.
Laptops and network gear are the most portable valuables in an office. Camera plus reader on the server room door records who was there.
Harassment complaints, injuries and disputes need neutral evidence. Corridor and common-area footage with controlled playback provides it.
Vehicle break-ins and personal safety concerns in underground parking are the most common complaint in office buildings.
Cameras are network devices. Unsegmented, default-password systems fail IT reviews and insurance questionnaires.
A security camera installation plan for corporate offices and business parks is a list of positions, not a camera count. This is the coverage plan we start from on the site visit and adapt to your building.
Mounting heights are our field standard: around 3 metres for faces, 4 to 5 for overviews, 6 and up for yards with a narrow lens or a PTZ. Lens choice is set per position during the site visit.
These are the camera types we specify most often for corporate offices and business parks, and the positions they earn on a office plan. We install them from Uniview, Axis, Hikvision, Dahua, Ubiquiti and Verkada depending on the budget and the software you want to live in.
Vandal-resistant domes for lobbies, corridors, parking garages and retail floors. Nobody can tell where the lens points, and the housing takes a hit without losing the picture.
Our default outdoor camera for storefronts, loading docks and yards. The ball-in-socket design aims easily, the IR sits away from the lens so there is no glare, and the housing shrugs off snow.
One ceiling camera that sees a whole open floor with no blind spot. We use them in packing areas, showrooms and restaurants where wall space is scarce.
Two to four lenses in one housing that cover 180 or 270 degrees in full resolution. We installed the first multi-lens Uniview camera in Canada and use them on building corners.
Purpose-built cameras that capture plates at entrances, gates and drive-throughs day and night, with the plate number searchable in the recorder.
Long-range cameras for fence lines, laneways, gates and large parking lots. Varifocal lenses let us read a plate or a face from 30 metres and beyond.
Small pinhole and covert cameras for cash rooms, stockrooms and offices where a visible camera would change behaviour or spoil the look of the space.
Beyond the four above and the standard 4K, colour night vision and remote viewing, these are the things a office system needs that a generic installation leaves out.
Reception and security see live views; HR, facilities and management control playback and export.
Verkada for organisations that want no servers, or an on-site NVR with cloud backup of critical cameras.
Branch offices and head office in one console with per-site roles.
Video intercoms at the main entrance and loading door tied to the same system.

CommercialWe map entrances, lobbies, server rooms, parking and shipping, and agree the integration points and the network requirements.
Camera plan, lens and height per position, VLAN and switching design, recorder or cloud specification and a fixed price.
We install evenings and weekends in finished offices, coordinate freight elevators and access with building management, and leave no mess.
Views checked, masks set, access integration tested, IT handed the device list and diagram, and staff trained.
Installed ranges in Canadian dollars for the system sizes we see most in corporate offices and business parks. Camera count, cable distances, mounting heights and retention move the number. The written quote after the free site visit is fixed.
| System | Typical installed price |
|---|---|
| Small office suite, 6 to 10 cameras | $3,500 to $6,500 |
| Floor plate or small building, 16 to 32 cameras with access integration | $9,000 to $20,000 |
| Campus or business park building, 40 to 80 cameras | $24,000 to $55,000 |
| Cloud-managed (Verkada) systems | Quoted with licensing |
Segmented VLAN, hardened credentials and documentation are standard, which is why our office systems pass security reviews and cyber insurance questionnaires.
Straight answers on camera count, equipment, retention and cost. If yours is not here, call us and ask.
Yes. We integrate natively with UniFi Access, ICT Protege, SALTO and Verkada and with most other systems through ONVIF events or their API, so a badge event at a door pulls up the matching clip.
We design for it: isolated VLAN, changed credentials, current firmware, no camera exposed to the internet, remote access through the recorder or a cloud relay, and a device list and diagram for your IT team.
Yes. We run cable above the ceiling and in existing raceways, use flush domes and mini turrets, and install evenings and weekends so the office is not disrupted.
In common areas, yes, with signage and a written purpose and retention policy. We avoid workstations and screens, keep audio off and set role-based playback so footage is reviewed only by the people allowed to.
Both work. Verkada suits organisations that do not want servers and have many sites. An on-site NVR with cloud backup of key cameras is cheaper over five years for a single building. We will show you both in the quote.
A small suite with six to ten cameras runs $3,500 to $6,500 installed. A floor plate or small building with 16 to 32 cameras and access integration runs $9,000 to $20,000. Campus buildings are quoted per project.
We install camera systems for corporate offices and business parks across the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Kitchener, Guelph, Barrie and Muskoka from our base in King City. Each city page covers local pricing, neighbourhoods and recent work.
The same crews, the same equipment, a different plan for each kind of building.
Tell us about the property and we will book a site visit, draw the camera layout and send a fixed written quote.
