Drug and controlled substance theft
Dispensaries, drug fridges and sample cupboards need cameras plus access logs, and pharmacies need robbery deterrence at the counter.

We install camera systems for medical, dental, physio, chiropractic and veterinary clinics, pharmacies and labs across Toronto and the GTA: reception, waiting rooms, entrances, dispensaries, drug storage, staff doors and parking, placed to respect Ontario health privacy law and never inside treatment rooms.
Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Kitchener, Barrie and Muskoka. Same-week site visits.
Clinic cameras protect staff and stock without creating a privacy breach. We cover reception, waiting areas, dispensaries and staff doors, keep cameras out of treatment rooms, mask screens, and document every position for your privacy file.
Short clips from real jobs on sites like yours: what a clean installation looks like, how we handle a big project, and why we do not compromise on camera quality.

We start every design with the incidents you actually deal with, then put a camera where each one happens. These are the five we plan for on every clinic job.
Dispensaries, drug fridges and sample cupboards need cameras plus access logs, and pharmacies need robbery deterrence at the counter.
Aggression at the front desk is the most common incident in clinics. Visible cameras and a panic button reduce it and record it.
Waiting rooms, corridors and icy entrances generate claims that footage defends.
Portable medical and IT equipment walks out through staff doors. Door cameras record who and when.
A camera in the wrong place is a PHIPA breach. Correct placement and documentation prevent it.
A security camera installation plan for clinics and medical offices is a list of positions, not a camera count. This is the coverage plan we start from on the site visit and adapt to your building.
Mounting heights are our field standard: around 3 metres for faces, 4 to 5 for overviews, 6 and up for yards with a narrow lens or a PTZ. Lens choice is set per position during the site visit.
These are the camera types we specify most often for clinics and medical offices, and the positions they earn on a clinic plan. We install them from Uniview, Axis, Hikvision, Dahua, Ubiquiti and Verkada depending on the budget and the software you want to live in.
Vandal-resistant domes for lobbies, corridors, parking garages and retail floors. Nobody can tell where the lens points, and the housing takes a hit without losing the picture.
Our default outdoor camera for storefronts, loading docks and yards. The ball-in-socket design aims easily, the IR sits away from the lens so there is no glare, and the housing shrugs off snow.
Small pinhole and covert cameras for cash rooms, stockrooms and offices where a visible camera would change behaviour or spoil the look of the space.
Long-range cameras for fence lines, laneways, gates and large parking lots. Varifocal lenses let us read a plate or a face from 30 metres and beyond.
One ceiling camera that sees a whole open floor with no blind spot. We use them in packing areas, showrooms and restaurants where wall space is scarce.
Beyond the four above and the standard 4K, colour night vision and remote viewing, these are the things a clinic system needs that a generic installation leaves out.
Mini domes in white that do not change the feel of the clinic.
Groups with several locations get one console with per-clinic roles.
Retention set to your policy, typically 30 to 60 days, and documented.
Cameras can record only after hours in areas you choose, as some clinics prefer.
Standard on every installation

Straight answers on camera count, equipment, retention and cost. If yours is not here, call us and ask.
Yes, in public and staff areas: entrances, reception, waiting rooms, corridors, dispensaries and parking. Not in treatment or examination rooms, and not pointed at screens or charts. The Privacy Commissioner has ruled against clinics that ignored that line.
We add privacy masks so the camera records the desk area but blacks out monitors, and we angle cameras so charts and screens are not in frame.
Yes. A camera inside the dispensary or drug room, a reader on the door and the two linked together give you who accessed what and when.
Whoever your policy allows, usually the owners and the privacy officer. We set role-based access, encrypted exports and a recorder in a locked room.
No. Evenings or weekends, with finishes protected.
A single-practitioner clinic runs $2,500 to $4,500 installed, a multi-room clinic or pharmacy $5,000 to $10,000, and a medical building $12,000 to $28,000.
We install camera systems for clinics and medical offices across the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Kitchener, Guelph, Barrie and Muskoka from our base in King City. Each city page covers local pricing, neighbourhoods and recent work.
