Unauthorised entry and custody disputes
Video intercom at the entrance, face-height cameras at every door and a log of who came in and when.

We install camera systems for private schools, Montessori and daycare centres, tutoring academies, language schools and training centres across Toronto and the GTA: controlled entrances, pickup and drop-off zones, hallways, gyms, playgrounds and parking, with viewing rights that protect children and satisfy parents, staff and licensing.
Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Kitchener, Barrie and Muskoka. Same-week site visits.
Most incidents start at a door that opened when it should not have. We pair entrance cameras with video intercoms and door release, cover hallways, playgrounds and pickup zones, and set up access so the people who need the views have them and nobody else does.
Short clips from real jobs on sites like yours: what a clean installation looks like, how we handle a big project, and why we do not compromise on camera quality.

We start every design with the incidents you actually deal with, then put a camera where each one happens. These are the five we plan for on every school job.
Video intercom at the entrance, face-height cameras at every door and a log of who came in and when.
Playground falls, hallway incidents and bus loop accidents are documented with footage rather than memory.
Common-area footage protects staff against unfounded allegations as much as it protects children.
The busiest and riskiest minutes of the day happen in the parking lot and the loop.
Schools are empty 16 hours a day. Perimeter cameras with smart alerts cover them.
A security camera installation plan for schools and childcare centres is a list of positions, not a camera count. This is the coverage plan we start from on the site visit and adapt to your building.
Mounting heights are our field standard: around 3 metres for faces, 4 to 5 for overviews, 6 and up for yards with a narrow lens or a PTZ. Lens choice is set per position during the site visit.
These are the camera types we specify most often for schools and childcare centres, and the positions they earn on a school plan. We install them from Uniview, Axis, Hikvision, Dahua, Ubiquiti and Verkada depending on the budget and the software you want to live in.
Our default outdoor camera for storefronts, loading docks and yards. The ball-in-socket design aims easily, the IR sits away from the lens so there is no glare, and the housing shrugs off snow.
Vandal-resistant domes for lobbies, corridors, parking garages and retail floors. Nobody can tell where the lens points, and the housing takes a hit without losing the picture.
One ceiling camera that sees a whole open floor with no blind spot. We use them in packing areas, showrooms and restaurants where wall space is scarce.
Long-range cameras for fence lines, laneways, gates and large parking lots. Varifocal lenses let us read a plate or a face from 30 metres and beyond.
Two to four lenses in one housing that cover 180 or 270 degrees in full resolution. We installed the first multi-lens Uniview camera in Canada and use them on building corners.
Pan, tilt and zoom cameras that follow movement across a warehouse floor or a truck yard. One PTZ with auto-tracking can replace several fixed cameras on a large site.
Beyond the four above and the standard 4K, colour night vision and remote viewing, these are the things a school system needs that a generic installation leaves out.
A button that bookmarks video, locks doors and alerts monitoring.
30 to 60 days, matched to your incident reporting and licensing requirements.
A camera schedule and policy you can show a licensing officer or board.
IK10 domes at reachable heights in hallways and outside.

A plan with every camera and its purpose, the intercom and door control, the viewing roles and a fixed price.
Evenings, weekends or PA days so children are never on site during the work.
Roles configured, intercom tested, staff trained, and the policy and camera schedule handed over for your licensing file.
Installed ranges in Canadian dollars for the system sizes we see most in schools and childcare centres. Camera count, cable distances, mounting heights and retention move the number. The written quote after the free site visit is fixed.

Most school incidents start at an entrance that opened when it should not have. We pair the camera with a video intercom and door release so the office sees and speaks to every visitor before the door moves.
Straight answers on camera count, equipment, retention and cost. If yours is not here, call us and ask.
Only if you choose to offer it through a controlled service with individual logins and consent. By default, parents have no access; directors and designated staff do. We configure whichever policy you set.
Washrooms, change areas and nap rooms are never recorded. Everywhere else is a policy decision we document with you.
They may ask how footage is used and protected. We give you a camera schedule and a written policy covering purpose, access and retention so the answer is ready.
Yes. A video intercom with door release lets the office see and speak to visitors and open the door only when appropriate, and every entry is recorded.
Evenings, weekends or PA days, so children are never on site during the work.
A daycare with six to ten cameras and a video intercom runs $4,000 to $8,000 installed. Private schools and large centres run $9,500 to $22,000, and multi-building campuses are quoted per project.
We install camera systems for schools and childcare centres across the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Kitchener, Guelph, Barrie and Muskoka from our base in King City. Each city page covers local pricing, neighbourhoods and recent work.
The same crews, the same equipment, a different plan for each kind of building.
